Deposit Requirements: Payment in full is required at least 45 days prior to arrival. Each stay requires an out cleaning & damage deposit, which is mailed back to you. Cancellation Policy: Your money is refundable if notice is given at least 45 days prior to arrival minus a 10% or $100 (which ever is greater) processing fee.
